Ran Kim at East Coast Realtor went above and beyond handling of buying & selling my house. Through her area knowledge, real estate expertise and professional marketing I was able to position my home properly in the market and received multiple offers right away. She was always professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very responsive and she works very hard to get the job done which is such a relief during what can be one of the most stressful times in a person's life. I also met with her broker at the East Coast Realtor's office on the day of signing of the contract. He was welcoming me in a very friendly manner, professional & made me feel at ease.
